Topic: GIS Books

For GIS addicts, GIS Cafe (http://www.giscafe.com/) is a site that's worth visiting now and then. It's not often our sector features but the book list they maintain might have things of interest, for example

Alibrandi, M. GIS in the Classroom: Using Geographic Information Systems in Social Studies and Environmental Science. (Heinemann, 2003).

might just be of interest - there's also a "GIS for Dummies" listed there, not the sort of thing you'd find in your local Waterstones.
Brief reviews would be nice if anyone ever buys anything.
