Topic: Running an old .sqz file..?

Hi all,

Do Sync's have to be carried out in the correct order?

I have just found a .sqz file sent to us a few years ago, is there any harm in running it now? I am not sure if a Sync was ever repeated for these particular filters before this MapMate was destroyed by a completely unrelated hardware crash.

I would normally just ask for a new sync from our partner after asking them to re-set the sync record, but this is not possible in this case as they are using a different CUK these days...
Thank you for any advise.

Re: Running an old .sqz file..?

As far as I know it will make no difference, if the user has updated records that have been sent to you the CUK will still be the same and it should take account of that and only add it if it is a newer record. If you still have concerns contact the author and it is likely you will get a response in a day or so. Mark does other things now but I think his wife responds to the general enquiries if he's not available.
