Topic: Downloading data from NBN Gateway

I've been talking to several Dipterists Forum people at their recent field week about NBN Gateway.
Several of them, like me, have been attempting to track down species records in order to check them but have given up.
Does anyone have a pointer to the method for downloading raw data, I gave it 10 minutes and couldn't locate the method (e.g. for a single species, try Chamaepsila buccata - there are only a few), all I could find readily was a useless list of sites.

On e.g. http://data.nbn.org.uk/gridMap/gridMap. … 0100002299 there should be a "download data" button below the map?

Re: Downloading data from NBN Gateway

On the new Gateway there is a 'download records' button on the taxon landing page, i.e. you don't even need to go via the Grid Map any more.  The users will need to log in to download the records, but if they don't have an account it's very quick and easy to set one up, they just need to put in their name, email address and a password.
